Mission: The Jacob Sloan Foundation has been created to honor the life and legacy of Jake Sloan. Jake lived his life being a friend to all through his kindness and giving, always striving to “make a difference” in someone’s life. The mission of this foundation is to make a difference by providing financial support to children and families in need, the arts, athletics and communities that need assistance.
