Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Coastal Run. If you are not entirely happy with the items you have ordered, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at info@coastalrun.com and send your item to our return address.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items: All items sold at less than original price are final sale.
