Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Coastal Run. If you are not happy with an item you have ordered, return it within 30 days of receipt in original condition, unworn, and with original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification of receipt will be sent. If the return is approved, a refund to the original method of payment will be issued and credit will be applied within a 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send an email to: info@coastalrun.com and ship the item to our return address.

Shipping Currently return shipping is free of charge for our customers.

Sale Items: All items sold at less than original price are final sale.
