    Where's my order?

    Your order confirmation and shipping emails have your order details and tracking link. Can't find them? Send us a note with your order number and we'll look it up.

    How do returns work?

    You have 30 days to return unworn, full-price items, or 60 days if you're a Coastal Run Rewards member. Full details are in our return policy.

    Can I pick up my order in store?

    Yes, where available. Choose free in-store pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup email before heading over.

    Do I need an appointment for a fitting?

    Can't make it to a store?

    Call either store and a fitter will help you choose, we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more.

    Why can't I find a brand online?

    New Balance, lululemon and Vuori are sold in store only. Stop by Easton or Scarborough to try them on.
