About the Styrkr Gel
Clean dual-carb fuel.
The STYRKR Gel comes in two sizes, GEL30 and GEL50, so runners can match their fuel to the effort. Both are made in the UK for long runs, races and big training days.
Both gels use maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio to help absorption and limit stomach upset. GEL30 gives 30g of carbs per sachet, and GEL50 gives 50g in a 72g sachet, with L-arginine and L-citrulline in the mix.
