GU Energy Chews are soft, bite-size energy chews for runners and walkers who like to fuel a little at a time. Each bag holds two servings, so you can split it across your run.
Every serving gives 90 calories and 22g of carbs, plus sodium and 400mg of amino acids. Chews take a bit longer to digest than gels, so energy kicks in about 10 to 15 minutes after you eat them.

How fast do online orders ship?
Shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, and $10 below that. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if you're a Coastal Run Rewards member. Return shipping is free. All sale items, and anything bought below its original price, are final sale.

Do you carry wide sizes, and can I bring my orthotics?
Many of our shoes come in wide versions, and some have a roomier toe box by design. Bring your orthotics or insoles to a fitting so we can make sure they work with your new shoes.
