The OS1st KS7+ is the KS7 knee sleeve with an adjustable band so you can personalize fit and support level. OS1st designs it for support during movement, especially when fatigue, past injury or instability are part of your training.
Zoned compression is engineered for knee alignment and movement efficiency, and the adjustable band lets you add support where you need it. The moisture-managing LYCRA and micro-nylon knit stays slim under clothing with a non-slip fit.

Return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if you're a Coastal Run Rewards member. Return shipping is free. All sale items, and anything bought below its original price, are final sale.

Do you carry wide sizes, and can I bring my orthotics?
