The OS1st WP4 Wellness Performance Sock is a light-compression quarter crew sock for sensitive feet and long days. OS1st designs it for people managing sensitivity, swelling or circulation challenges, and it's labeled diabetic friendly.
Light arch compression gives a secure but gentle fit, and a padded footbed with Nano-Bamboo Charcoal cushion adds comfort while wicking moisture and fighting odor. A seamless toe and non-binding top are designed to avoid rubbing and pressure points.

Shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, and $10 below that. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if you're a Coastal Run Rewards member. Return shipping is free. All sale items, and anything bought below its original price, are final sale.
