Precision Fuel & Hydration PF Gels give you a set amount of carbs in a mild, neutral flavor. Choose PF 30, PF 30 Caffeine, PF 90 or PF 300 Flow to match your run or race.
PF 30 and PF 90 use a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, and the texture is made to feel less sticky so you don't have to wash it down right away. The mild Original flavor helps reduce flavor fatigue on long days.

How fast do online orders ship?
Shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, and $10 below that. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if you're a Coastal Run Rewards member. Return shipping is free. All sale items, and anything bought below its original price, are final sale.

Do you carry wide sizes, and can I bring my orthotics?
Many of our shoes come in wide versions, and some have a roomier toe box by design. Bring your orthotics or insoles to a fitting so we can make sure they work with your new shoes.
