The Pro-Tec Metatarsal Lift is a peel-and-stick pad for the forefoot, made for runners dealing with ball-of-foot discomfort. It targets the metatarsal region under the forefoot.
A contoured EVA pad lifts the second, third and fourth metatarsal heads and absorbs stress in the forefoot. Pro-Tec's version combines neoprene, CoolMax mesh and felt with the EVA pad, and the brand suggests allowing one to two weeks for your foot to adjust.
